Suntec City is digitalizing our processes. The physical kiosk will cease on 19 February 2024. You may now login via sunteccityparking.com.sg.

OTP is a security feature service. When you are registering a new account with email address via sunteccityparking.com.sg, an OTP will be sent to your email address. You must then enter the OTP to complete your registration process.

You may click on the "Resend OTP" button for a new OTP to be sent to your email address. Do ensure that the email address provided is correct and valid.

Your OTP will be valid for 5 minutes. Once the OTP expires, you may click on the "Resend OTP" button for a new OTP to be sent to your email address.

Step 1: Register an account with a valid email address to receive a One-Time Password (OTP).
Step 2: Click on the "New Season Parking Application" tab and submit the relevant information and documents.
Step 3: Your application will be processed within 3 business days and an email notification will be sent to your registered email address.
Step 4: Log in to sunteccityparking.com.sg to make payment (via PayNow or eGIRO) and activate your season parking.

Step 1: Login into sunteccityparking.com.sg
Step 2: Click on the button "Renew Season Parking" on the vehicle you intend to renew.
Step 3: Select the start date and renewal period.
Step 4: Verify the season parking record and click on "Confirm and Pay".
Step 5: Make payment (via PayNow or eGIRO).

New Applicants are to provide us with:

• Personal particulars such as name, contact number, email address, company details (For tenants)
• Vehicular details such as license plate registration number, In-Vehicle Unit (IU) number
• Other supporting documents such as vehicle log card and proof of tenancy/ownership (For Tenants)

Season holders can renew their season up to 6 months from the existing month. Do note that there will not be any refund for unused periods which have been paid for in advance.

You will receive an email notification to prompt you to make payment on sunteccityparking.com.sg.
